Terms of use
Version: 23 October 2026
These terms apply to anyone who visits mejbar.com. By using the site, you accept them.
1. What this site is
mejbar.com presents the design and development services of Mohamed Ali Mejbar, auto-entrepreneur (Moroccan law no. 114-13), ICE 003685880000039, Fès, Morocco. Contact: ali@mejbar.com.
2. No contract by browsing
- Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
- A project starts only after a written proposal, signed by both of us, and the payment of the deposit it sets.
- The proposal and the services agreement it refers to are the only documents that govern a project.
3. Prices and information
- Prices are shown “from” in US dollars. They give an order of magnitude.
- Euro and dirham amounts are rounded conversions, for information only. The currency and the amount that count are those of the signed proposal.
- Availability (for example, the number of open slots in a month) is indicative and may change without notice.
- I keep the content accurate and up to date, but I cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.
4. Intellectual property
- The site and its content belong to Mohamed Ali Mejbar, unless stated otherwise. Client work belongs to the clients concerned.
- You may view the site and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source.
- You may not copy, scrape, republish or reuse the content, the code, the illustrations or the fonts without written permission.
- Fonts used on the site are licensed. Downloading them from the site is not allowed.
5. Links
The site links to other sites, including client sites. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. Availability
I try to keep the site online, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside my control, such as a hosting outage.
7. Liability
- The site is provided for information. I am not liable for indirect loss caused by its use, such as lost profit or lost data.
- This limit does not apply in case of fraud or gross fault on my part.
- Nothing on this site is medical advice.
8. Personal data
See the privacy policy: https://mejbar.com/privacy.
9. Changes
I may update these terms. The version date at the top shows the latest change.
10. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
- Before going to court, write to me at ali@mejbar.com. We will try to settle the matter within 30 days.
- Failing that, the courts of Fès, Morocco, have jurisdiction.
- The services presented here are for businesses and organisations, not for consumers.
Sources and notes
- Dahir des obligations et contrats (DOC): art. 230 (contracts bind the parties); art. 232 (no clause can exclude liability for one’s own gross fault or fraud, so section 7.2 keeps it); art. 65-3 and 65-4 (online offers and access to contract terms). - Law no. 114-13, art. 7: an auto-entrepreneur is subject to consumer protection rules. In Morocco, law no. 31-08 on consumer protection applies to dealings with consumers.
- The owner sells only to businesses and organisations (2026-10-23), so section 10.4 says so and the EU consumer rules (Rome I art. 6, Brussels I bis art. 18) are not relied on. If that changes, restore a consumer clause.
- The site is aimed at businesses. Contracts with clients are formed by the signed proposal and the services agreement, not by these terms.
