McGinty Consulting
A consultancy's website, built and then rebuilt
McGinty Consulting works in international development from Marrakech. I designed and built its website in 2024, then redesigned and rebuilt it in 2026, with a studio the team edits and a press kit.

I · The client
A consultancy in Marrakech
McGinty Consulting is a consultancy in Marrakech. It works in international development, in project management, business development and education, for non-profits and institutions.
Its identity was drawn by Ayoub Bennouna in 2024. I designed and built the first website on it that year, and redesigned and rebuilt it in 2026.
II · What I made
The whole site, and the studio behind it
The 2026 site, designed and built in full:
- Every page: home, services, about, the work index with a case page per project, insights, contact.
- A content studio where the team edits articles, projects, team members, job posts and the company's details.
- Booking through Cal.com and a contact form, both on the site.
- A press kit with the logo's story and every logo file to download.
- Search basics done properly: titles, share images, a sitemap and structured data on every page.
III · Design
Held to the brand
The client had already said what it didn't want, so that became the brief. The rework uses the brand's five colours and nothing else, with open pages instead of boxes. Each section has its own tone, and the header changes with it as you scroll.
Flat colour only. No gradients, glows, grain, frosted glass or white cards with shadows and borders. The client rejected all of them.
IV · The site
Page to page
The services read as a sequence, a photograph beside each one. The work can be browsed as a list or as cards. The contact page is a short letter to fill in.
V · Content
A studio the team writes in
The first site kept its content in text files, edited through TinaCMS. The rework moves it to a Sanity studio with seven types of content, linked to each other: an article has its author and its category, a project its client and place. Images need a description before they can be published, and each page has its own search settings.
VI · Press kit
The logo, explained and downloadable
The press page explains the logo from its own drawing and offers every version to download. The files are generated from the same source as the logo on the site, so they always match it.
6a. Press kit: the mark explained from its own geometry, seed, leaves and stem.
6b. Press kit: one mark in three colourways, each as SVG or PNG.
6c. Press kit: five colours, nothing else. Each swatch copies its hex code.
VII · On a phone
In a pocket
The menu, the sheets and the questions were built for touch, and checked on the iPhone simulator.
7a. Home. The home page hero on a phone.
7b. Menu. The phone menu, opened from the header.
7c. Work. The project index on a phone.
7d. Contact. The contact form on a phone, written as a sentence to complete.
VIII · Before and after
Where it stands
The 2024 site is live. The 2026 rework is on a private preview and waits for the client's go-ahead.
